Track 01 — Recover anywhere
Your Injection Was Local. Your Recovery Doesn’t Have To Be.Same Arc, Run From Your Own Gym.
We write the program, you run it where you are, and we watch you do it on video. Clients on this track are in Texas, Ontario, Dubai and Chula Vista. The six phases don’t change with the postcode.
We don’t perform the injections. We run the recovery afterwards — and most of our clients had the procedure done somewhere else entirely.
Candace runs her program from a small community with almost no local physiotherapy. 2 minutes.
How it runs
Four Things That Happen In Your First Two Weeks
We read your procedure
Which joint, which tissue, which physician, what date. Your starting phase is set by the procedure, not by how you feel that morning.
We watch you move
A movement screen on video. This is where the asymmetries that caused the problem usually show up.
We write the arc backwards
From the thing you want back — the round of golf, the deadlift, the flight without stiffness — to what you’re cleared for this week.
Then it’s week by week
New block, new loads, check-in, adjust. For as long as the arc takes.
In their own words
Two Clients Who Ran It From Home.
“I was headed towards double knee replacement… I found out the recovery time is about the same, but it was a lot less discomfort, and I didn’t have to take the pain meds. Last week I played 18 holes of golf three days in a row. I couldn’t have done that two years ago… Yes, you can go to your physical therapist around the corner, but they’re not going to have the knowledge of knowing how to do this.”
Ron, 65Knees · virtual · avoided double knee replacement“I actually did not utilize any kind of stem cell physical therapy experts after my first injections, and I didn’t have a whole lot of results… In hindsight, I did way too much way too soon. The second time, about two and a half months in, I was just walking up the stairs at work in the morning and all of a sudden I went — that doesn’t hurt. For the last 14 years, the first steps up, the first steps down…”

Before your next appointment, read page 6
Most people leave the clinic with a rest period and a date to come back. Nobody tells them what they are cleared to do in between — so they either sit still for twelve weeks or go straight back to the old routine and pay for it.
Page 6 is the green, amber and red clearance page. What you can do right now, what waits, and what to stop. Fifteen pages, and it costs nothing.
