Start with page 6

Most people walk out of the clinic with a rest period and a date to come back. That is not bad advice. It is just not a plan — and the twelve weeks after the needle are the ones that decide most of the result.

So you sit still and hope, or you go back to the old routine and pay for it a week later. Both happen every day, and both are avoidable.

Page 6 is the clearance page — green, amber and red. It tells you what you are cleared to do right now, what waits, and what to stop. It is the page clients tell us they print and stick on the fridge — and it is the same clearance rule we run every client on inside Dr. Chris’s Recovery Method.

What else is in it

  • What to do in weeks 0–2, 2–6 and 6–12 — and what to leave alone
  • Why the joint feels fine at week six and complains at week nine
  • What a flare-up is telling you about load — and what it isn't
  • The one mistake that turns a good procedure into a disappointing result
  • Why standard physical therapy often loads a treated joint too early
  • What to ask at your follow-up appointment

Who this is written for

Someone who has had stem cell or PRP injections, or has a date booked, and was handed a rest period and very little else.

Still deciding whether to have the procedure? Read it anyway. It will show you what good aftercare is supposed to look like before you pay for anything.
